Supportive housing · Jefferson County, Wisconsin
A safe home, real support, and a community that believes in your next chapter. We bring neighbors, partners, and resources together so everyone has a place at the table.
Our mission
We create attainable, affordable, quality housing — paired with the support people need to stay housed and thrive — by bringing every available resource, partner, and donation to the same table.
Every season of life looks different. Our homes are built around the people living in them.
Stable, supportive transitional housing for people returning home — with structure, accountability, and a path forward.
A safe place to land before a hard season becomes a crisis — plus help with work, health, and long-term housing.
Small, licensed, home-like care for seniors and veterans who need more support than living alone allows, close to family and the community they know.
Families, co-living and more. As partners join us, the table grows.
Safe, clean, quality housing that people are proud to come home to.
Case management and connections to jobs, recovery, healthcare, and community.
Stability that lasts — and a seat at the table for whoever comes next.
Our homes · In progress
Our first home: a large, structurally sound house in the City of Jefferson that we're renovating into a state-licensed community-based residential facility (CBRF) for 5–8 residents.
We're shaping the home around the people it will serve, working with county partners on the population (older adults, veterans, and adults in transition) and with experienced operators on layout, accessibility, and safety.

Meet our founder
Lacey has spent nearly two decades in healthcare: ICU nursing, CNA work, and senior pharmacy work with Medicaid billing. She knows what good care looks like at the bedside and how it gets paid for.
Most recently she was COO of a co-living housing company, where she built the operations, systems, and teams behind shared housing. A Jefferson County resident and mother of five, she started Room at the Table so her neighbors have a safe place in every season of life.
Everyone brings something to the table. Here's how you can help.
No single organization can solve housing alone. We partner with people who bring homes, services, funding, and referrals to the table.
Licensed operators: master-lease a home we renovate to your specifications, or partner with us as we operate it.
